Robert will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Robert is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Robert’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Asbury Partain and Mary Frances Burdette Partain; his wife Sara Ann Teasley Partain; his son Tim Partain; and his siblings, Horace Partain and Beth Moore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Selena Jones of Bowman and Nora Scoggins of Bowman. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell (305 Cleveland Ave, Hartwell, GA 30643). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
