He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rogers, Sr. and Mary Sluiter. He is survived by: his wife Dwanda Rogers; his children, Ronald Foss, Daniel Rogers, Ann Verwys and Christine Hofstra; and his siblings, Rex Rogers, Judy Lake and Tammy Turner.
