She was predeceased by: her parents, John Blackwell and Beatrice Blackwell (Hill). She is survived by: her sister Lorene Blackwell; and her niece Twina Blackwell.
The lying in state will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Coile and Hall Funeral Directors & Crematory (333 E Johnson St, Hartwell, GA 30643). Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors (333 E Johnson St, Hartwell, GA 30643). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
