He was predeceased by: his parents, Zenus Oscar Hubbard and Mamie Chastain Hubbard; his wife Rheba Cordell Hubbard; and his siblings, O. M. Hubbard, George Hubbard, Layman Hubbard, Betty Crump and Inez Hubbard.
He is survived by: his sons, Bill Hubbard (Gail) of Hartwell and Mike Hubbard (Susan) of Auburn, AL; and his grandsons, Clayte Hubbard (Maggie) and Riley Hubbard of Auburn, AL..
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hartwell Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home (305 Cleveland Ave, Hartwell, GA 30643). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Nancy Hart Memorial Park (1171 Royston Hwy, Hartwell, GA 30643).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Hartwell, 81 E. Howell Street, Hartwell, GA 30643.
