She is survived by: her daughters, Belinda Waters and Celina Sawyer; and her siblings, Chris Phelps, Frances Pate (Danny), Alecia Leavens, Iris Holder and Wendy Haley (Thad). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
