She is survived by: her children, Tara Linebarger and Rodney Linebarger; her son-in-law Jeremy Snell of Hazlehurst; her granddaughter Nava Snell; her stepsons, Raleigh Mills (April) and Jonathan Mills (Brooke); and her siblings, Linda Blanton (Jerry) of Surrency, Carolyn Barlow of Baxley, Mary Josey of Douglas, Pam Hodges of Baxley, Wilburn Newsome (Peggy) of Bradenton, FL, Randy Newsome (Donna) of Baxley, Tommy Newsome of Waycross, Andy Newsome of Baxley and Ricky Newsome of Baxley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Swain Funeral Home Hazlehurst Chapel (357 Baxley Hwy, Hazlehurst, GA 31539).
