He is survived by: his nephew Jeffrey O'Conner; his daughters, Brianna Hayslip of Flint, MI, Katlynn Hayslip of Redford, MI and Kara-Lyn Hayslip of Savannah; his stepmother Rebecca A. Hayslip of Big Rock, TN; his sister Amanda R. Hayslip of Nashville, TN; his sister-in-law Vanetta Hayslip; and his close friend Jamie Moates. He is also survived by several grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
