With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Modrey Yawn of Hazlehurst, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 12, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hall and Irene McEachin Hall; her former husband Fred Reynolds; her husband Ernest Yawn; her sons, Michael Reynolds and Larry Reynolds; her stepsons, Milton Reynolds and Howard Reynolds; her siblings, Donald Hall (Lunette) and Donnie Lee Farmer; and her grandson Brian Reynolds.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Reynolds (Debra) of Hazlehurst, Wanda Rowland (Jerry) of Hazlehurst, Stanley Reynolds (Ann) of Hazlehurst and LaWahna Reynolds of Lake Sinclair; her grandchildren, Shawn Rowland (Deborah), Shannon Corbitt (Chris), Kylie Smith (Jamie), Derek Reynolds (Leslie), Jedidiah Reynolds, Jared Reynolds, Derek Smith (Joni) and Lyndsey Carter (Jason); and her niece Joyce Eason. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
