She was predeceased by: her father Joe Earl Rentz; and her brother Joe Allen "Cat" Rentz. She is survived by: her husband Will Wooten of Hazlehurst; her daughter Cindy Brown (Brent) of Hazlehurst; her mother Allene Yawn Rentz of Hazlehurst; and her sisters, Cheryl Odum (Ray) of Douglas, Marie Shumans (Steve) of Hazlehurst, Elaine McCall (Stanley) of Hazlehurst, Lisa Hesters (Danny) of Hazlehurst and Lolisa Miller (Stanley) of Baxley. She is also survived by Four grandchildren and two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hillcrest Baptist Church (50 Dr Turfler Rd, Hazlehurst, GA 31539). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
