He was predeceased by: his parents, Giles Francis Daugherty and Margaret Harkins Daugherty; and his siblings, Tom, John Daugherty and Kathy Trommer.
He is survived by: his wife Diana H. Daugherty of Hazlehurst; his children, Paul Daugherty and Anne King; his sisters, Mary Lou Gault, Rose Ann McGillvary and Joan Stockton; and his grandchildren, Ryan King, Sean King and Patrick Daugherty.
A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (259 Baxley Hwy, Hazlehurst, GA 31539). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
