With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelia Kay Flack of Hazlehurst, Georgia, born in Lexington, North Carolina, who passed away on October 8, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Floyd Wayne Flack; her parents, James Ernie Walker and Mildred Williams Walker; and her siblings, Kathy Walker Hedrick, Jim Walker, Fred Walker and Don Walker.
She is survived by : her children, Jeff Flack (Loretta) of Mt. Airy, NC, Jason Flack (Sherry) of Austin Texas, Jeremy Flack (D'Laina) of Fort Worth, TX and Annette Gardner of Alma; her sisters, Janet Walker Allen (James) of Alma and Karon Walker Rybak of Hazlehurst; and her grandchildren, Laura, C. J., Jessica, Jake, Harley, Stacey, Ike, Evan, Kimberly, Cameron, Lee and Landon. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The Flack Family and Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home respectfully ask all in attendance to continue to follow social distancing guidelines set by our local health district and the CDC.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Lumber City Nursing Home.
