He is survived by: his mother Jean Creamer Spell; his wife Juanita Watts; his children, Wendi Edge (Wyman), Mendi Yawn (Michael), Lindy Watts, Angie Reddish, Lisa Hester (John), Kristy Horne and Benny Livingston (Alisha); his grandchildren, Koby Watts, Joshua Rowland, Jr. (Zoe), Abagail Paul (C. J.), Sammy Smith, Kennadi Edge, Skye Sellers, Keely Yawn, Ethan Reddish, Sierra Huff (Terrance), Lily Hester, Gracie Grimes (Will), Kinsley Horne, Ashton Reddish, Harlee Hester, Kyler Livingston, Kendall Horne, Hayden Padgett, Holden Padgett, Jackson Padgett, Kolten Horne, Myla Livingston and Preston Register (Pa's Buddy); his great grandchildren, Issac Yawn, Raelyn Paul, Ava Huff, Adalyn Huff, Alison Huff, Ariya Huff and Walker Grimes; and his siblings, Gwen Snipes (Jimmy) and Willie Watts.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home (3 E Odum St, Hazlehurst, GA 31539). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
