She is survived by: her husband Gerald Roper; her children, David Sanborn (Cindy) and Candi Sanborn Worley (Anthony); her grandchildren, Katie Markey (Adam), Joshua Carver, Justin Carver (Marissa), Sidney Sanborn (Chris) and Charlie Sanborn Mullins (Matt); her great grandchildren, Ali Markey and Marley Carver; her sisters, Wendy Mosher (Marvin) and Amy Fields (Bill); her niece Leslie; and her nephews, Ben and Raymond.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the South Macon Baptist Church (2949 Clarks Chapel Rd, Franklin, NC 28734). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
