He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Lewis; his children, Elaine Harper (Michael) and Cal Lewis; his grandchildren, George Harper (Katie), Jacqueline Glidewell (Ross) and Logan Monteiro Lewis; his great grandchildren, Mary Alice and Byrdie Elizabeth; his siblings, Janis Lewis Phillips and Little Roy Lewis (Bonnie); and his sisters-in-law, Betty Jean Lewis and Cornelia Lewis.
