He was predeceased by: his brother James Francis Telfair Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Gail Telfair; his children, Eugene M. Telfair Jr. (Kidada), Geonne B. Telfair, Gina M. Telfair-Bailey (Cartez), Gail J. Moore (Benjamin) and Gelissa P. Telfair; his mother-in-law Ethel J. Williams; and his sisters-in-law, Linda D. Evans, Janice D. White (Timothy) and Sharon Kelly (Thomas). He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
