He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Milligan Owens (Mark) and Calton Brett Milligan (Melissa); his grandchildren, Halle Kendall (Brock), Mallory Bonham (David Moore), Rachel Gardner (Neil) and Colin Milligan; his great grandchildren, Knox, Brixlee, Donivan, Charlotte, Jackson, John Reid and Maryanne; and his son-in-law Howard Bonham.
