It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude Crews of Hephzibah, Georgia, who passed away on June 29, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vinzenz Reisenbuchler and Sonja Bednar Reisenbuchler; her brothers, Hansi Reisenbuchler and Michael "Micky" Reisenbuchler; and her sister-in-law Roswitha Reisenbuchler.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Ewert (Ilene) and Kerstin Alfred (Anthony Curry); her grandchildren, James Alfred (Sheena), Andrew Alfred (Rechelle), Roman Curry, Nikki and Alexis Curry; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Kayleigh, Evaleigh, Lennox Nelji and Aylah; her siblings, Sonja Bless (Klaus), Ernst Reisenbuchler (Beate) and Walter Reisenbuchler; her sister-in-law Ingrid Reisenbuchler; her pet Erika; and her close friends, Lawonda Peebles and Santos "Sam" Flores.
