It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel J. Gordy of Hephzibah, Georgia, born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Roy Gordy; and her parents, Chester Mae Phillips Bosdell and Joe Bosdell. She is survived by : her children, Rogers D. James (Teresa), Sherry Lynn Weaver (Terry) and Michael P. James (Shirley); and her brothers, Charles Bosdell and Donald Bosdell. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
