Herbert will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Powell; his children, Taylor Powell, Lauren Powell, Ariana Little, Natlya Horton and Avery Samuels; his grandson Messiah Little-Scott; his parents, Mary Marshall and John Marshall; and his sisters, Felicia Lamar (Michael) and Anita Powell.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the B. A. Williams Memorial Chapel (2945 Old Tobacco Rd, Hephzibah, GA 30815). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
