He is survived by : his children, Jack Allen Dodgen, Jr., Ricky Fields, Nathan Fields and Sara Dodgen; and his siblings, Susan Dodgen Widener, Karen D. Melton (Gary) and William A. Dodgen, Jr. (Patricia).
