He is survived by: his close friend Nora Newsome; his son Jeffery Couch; his grandchildren, Adrianna Couch and Samuel Couch; his stepdaughters, Tina Bracknell, Tonya Sanders and Pam Gwinn; and his siblings, Carolyn Autry, Dan Couch and David Couch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
