He is survived by: his wife Cozy Houston; his daughters, Meka Houston Mathyas (Yohannes), Cozette Hasan (Naim), Latoya Houston, Pamela Knox and Barbara Lordnum (Gregory); and his sister Patricia Lewis (Author). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
