As Ruby departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Ruby may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Ruby leaves behind.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Kirkland and Rosalie Kirkland; her spouse Willie James Bigham; and her children, Kathy, Willie Lawrence, Vernice and Regina Bigham. She was also cherished by two children, six grandchildren, thirteen great- grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren, along with other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home, Inc. - Hephzibah (2945 Old Tobacco Rd, Hephzibah, GA 30815).
