She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Rogers; and her daughter Sharon Melton. She is survived by: her daughter Maria Vassar (Jason); and her grandchildren, Ayanna Davis, Ray'Niyah Goolsby, Jaiyah Vassar, Aubree Vassar, Jason Prince Vassar and Shabazz Wright (Alesha).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (2945 Old Tobacco Rd, Hephzibah, GA 30815). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the B. A. Williams Memorial Chapel (2945 Old Tobacco Rd, Hephzibah, GA 30815).
