He was predeceased by : his parents, Warren Brown and Annie Ruth Brown. He is survived by : his wife Yolanda Bell Brown; his children, Victor Brown, Kimberly Brown and Shavonne Wells (Timothy); his sisters, Ernestine Anderson, Linda Pitts, Bobbie Scott, Margret McWhite and Lillian Lawson (Leroy); his in-laws, Claudia Manning (James), Dan Moorer, Arnold Moorer (Monica) and Ocie Bell (Patricia); and his grandchildren, Marquett Daniels, Martavius Brown, Sydni Wells and Timothy Wells III. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
