He is survived by: his siblings, Melvenia Smalls, Brenda Collins, Melvin Williams (Peggy), Douglas Williams (Mary) and Albert Williams; his nephew Frank E. Williams (Tearsa); and his cousin Clarence Campbell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
