Barbara’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She is survived by: her sons, David (Lynne) and Steve (Virginia); her grandchildren, Luke (Sierra), Rachel (Nathan), Ashlyn and Alex; and her great grandchildren, Judah, Grace and Canaan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (4036 Spring St, Pinson, AL 35126). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would be honored for donations to be given to FBC Pinson Kindergarten and Daycare Program to honor Barbara's many years as a kindergarten teacher.
