It is with sadness that the passing of Buddy Eugene Allison of Hiawassee, Georgia is shared. Buddy, born on January 23, 1941, passed away on July 27, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Allison and Cora Allison; his wife Betty Allison; and his siblings, Hoyt Allison (Mildred), Claude Allison (Louise), Beatrice Tallant (Arnold) and Janelle Adams (Sam).
He is survived by: his children, Karon Davis (Chal) and Leo Abernathy (Lynne); his grandchildren, Ryan Davis (Katelin), Ricky Davis, Amber Neal (Contrel) and Kerri Abernathy; and his sisters-in-law, Nell Sloan, Lillian Mauldin and Margie Mauldin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Samaritan's Purse in Buddy's honor.
