He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Cooper Baxter Sr. and Mable Baxter; and his wife Lorraine Baxter. He is survived by: his children, Linda Parsons (Doug), Brian Baxter (Kari) and Sharon Pendergrass (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Chris Tienter (Lauren), Tanner Pendergrass, Bria Berge (Landon) and Rachel Parsons; his great grandchildren, Jett, Baby, Lindsey, Lejla, Cole and Blake; Pam Tienter (Brian). He is also survived by four children: Daughter.
In lieu of flowers, donations for bibles can be made in his memory on the day of the service or by sending them to the church.
