He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Neubert (Pruett) and James Clifford Neubert. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lena Neubert; his daughter Kelly N. Latka; his grandsons, Austin and Connor; his brother-in-law John X. Lena (Margaret); his nephews, Christopher J. Lena (Mette) and John S. Lena (Debbie); and his pet Bandit.
