She was predeceased by : her father Claude Kirkland; her husband Carlos Elmer Hattaway; her brothers, Julian Kirkland and Don Kirkland; her son-in-law Tom Daniel; and her grandson William Rahn.
She is survived by : her daughters, Patsy Jean Daniel and Shirley Woolley (Ward); and her granddaughters, Lynne Stokkeland and Brenda Bryant. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
