He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Augustus Dover and Ella Noblet; his grandparents, Millard F. Dover and Sarah Jane Eller; his parents, Warden W. Dover and Wilma Storey Dover; and his siblings, Eugene Marion Mcknezie (Mack), Michael Mckenzie and Sandra Faye Dover.
He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Glen (Helen Dover) and Linda J. Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cochran-McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel of Hiawassee (177 Rice St, Hiawassee, GA 30546). A graveside service was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM at the Boyds Chapel Cemetery (195 Hall Creek Rd #135, Hiawassee, GA 30546).
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations in memory of Larry Dover be made to Saint Judes Hospital.
