He was predeceased by : his parents, Luther Hogsed and Edna Hogsed (Wood). He is survived by : his wife Charlene Hogsed (Eller); his daughter Sharon; his son-in-law Jerry Everett of Hiawassee; his sister Blon; and his brother-in-law Jerry Gordon of Blue Ridge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended friends and family.
