Samuel Scott Baust Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Scott Baust of Hiawassee, Georgia, who passed away on April 7, 2026, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Samuel shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Samuel farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Samuel Baust and Elizabeth Ann Johnson Baust; his sister Robin Daniel; and his nephew Bruce Daniel. He is survived by: his sister Melanie Ashley of Hiawassee; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Wentz of Young Harris, Christy Daniel and Jerry Wentz of Blairsville.
