He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie "Bebe" Owsley of Tucson, Tonya Owsley of Cedar Crossing and Kayla Owsley Carte (Allen) of Adel; and his siblings, Diane Joyner of Vidalia, Kim Owsley of Plainville, Kansas and Dennis Joyner of Brunswick. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
