He is survived by: his wife Kassidy Kozlowski; his son Sebastian Swales; his parents, Candy Hale and Phil Hale; his siblings, Andrew Swales, Ryan List, Daniel List, Abigail Berner and Mya Martin; his stepbrothers, Cameron Hale, Donavon Hale and Brandon Hale; his grandparents, Pat, Bill Mocahbee, Tim and Jenny Swales; his aunts and uncles, Lyndsay Swales, John Swales, Jim Williams and Don Williams; Michael Swales (Sam). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the VFW (343 E 47th St, Covington, KY 41015).
