He was predeceased by: his father Joaquin Andrew. He is survived by: his mother Judy Ann Turner Andrew of Hornbeak, Tennessee; his children, John "P. J." Andrew of Newbern, Tennessee, Haley Andrew (Zion Witten) of Newbern, Madison Andrew of Newbern and Erica Andrew of Newbern, TN; his stepfather Louis Sanchez of Hornbeak, Tennessee; his siblings, Jack Andrew (Lisa) of Chicago, Daniel Sanchez of Martin, Tennessee and Julie "Sissy" Andrew of Hornbeak; and his grandson Carter Spence Benson.
