With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mavis Elizabeth Hardman (Hinesville, Georgia), who passed away on December 11, 2025 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Hickum and Anette White. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Hardman; her children, Joseph Kaufman (Courtney) of Pine Grove, Georgia, Ayla Oglesby of Gum Branch, Jacob Oglesby of Gum Branch, Kaleb Oglesby of Gum Branch, Kilynn Taylor of Glennville, Georgia and Luke Taylor of Hinesville; and her grandchildren, Cameron, Alayna Parker, Ethan, Jason, Kaydence Winkel, Heaven Oglesby, Ameris Williams, Allyssa Hall and Alice Flannery.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home (308 W Oglethorpe Hwy, Hinesville, GA 31313). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and at 4:00 PM. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 3:45 PM to 4:45 PM at the Jones Creek Baptist Church (69 Jones Creek Church Loop, Ludowici, GA 31316).
