She was predeceased by: her mother Lucille Frazier; and her sisters, Karen Frazier and Hope Frazier. She is survived by: her children, Chontell Cue of Jacksonville, Shantell Bryant of Jacksonville, Willie Watson (Leibra) of Jacksonville, Carl Stokes of Georgia, Carlos Jackson of Chicago and Andrew Jackson Jr. (Toni) of Atlanta; and her siblings, Louis Smith (Gwen), Denise Frazier, James Frazier, Elizabeth Frazier and Theresa Dunn (Clarence). She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
