He was predeceased by: his wife Roxie Estelle Sellars Duncan; his parents, Ernest Duncan and Savannah Dean Tracey Duncan; his siblings, Hal Duncan and Barbara Ann Johnson; and his son-in-law Ricky Hearn.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Duncan (Katie) of Hinesville, GA, Jesse Duncan (Starla) of Greenville, SC, James Duncan (Cheryl) of Augusta, GA and Barbara Ann Duncan Hearn of Hinesville, GA.; and his sisters, Mart Litzen and Nora Lambert of Wisconsin. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
