With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jean Corley (Hiram, Georgia), born in Danielsville, Georgia, who passed away on June 25, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Lamar and Alma Jean Seay; and her husband Douglas "Van" Corley. She is survived by : her children, Wendy Hembree (Ted Carpenter) and Michael Corley (Rebecca Mitchell); her siblings, Sara Wall, Charles Seay (Susan), Carol Pitts (Gordon) and Sherry Pineo (Jay); her grandchildren, Bailey Landsittel (Megan Dabney), Emily Cowan (Brandan), Kaitlin Bires (Jordan) and Sydney Corley; and her great grandchild Ella Grace Bires. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
