He is survived by: his wife Bessie Norwood; his children, Marla McGuire (Will) of San Diego, CA and Grant Norwood of Atlanta, GA; and his siblings, Kaye Beck of Lexington, NC and Michael Norwood (Barbara) of Greensboro, NC. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
