It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Hamilton Ward Jr. of Hiram, Georgia, born in Greenwood, South Carolina, who passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Hamilton Ward, Sr. and Linda Ann Ward. He is survived by : his siblings, Jason Ward (Diane), Hazellynn Mello (Lee Hayes) and Quincy Ward (Alisha); his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Brady, Lindsey Palmer, Baylee Kendall, Avery Mello and Mason Ward; and his great-nephew Colton Palmer.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Benson Funeral Home (309 Hardee St, Dallas, GA 30132). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for contributions to be made to funeral expenses.
