He was predeceased by : his parents, Brooks Magill and Grace Magill; his wife Allene Magill; and his siblings, Wayne Magill and Helen Randle.

He is survived by : his sons, Timothy Magill (Rhonda) and Steve Magill (Kim); his brother Stanley Magill; his grandchildren, Taylor Sterritt (Ryan), Cassidy Evans (Justin), Riley Magill, Caroline Bearden (Colin), Cade Magill, Ty Magill and Sawyer Owen; and his great grandchild Jackson Evans.
