She is survived by: her husband Rodolfo Cardenas; her children, Alisha, Wendy, Erica, Veronica (Nathan Farmer) and Mario; her siblings, Julie Guilfoy (Patrick Morrow) and Gene Guilfoy (Tonna Guilfoy); her nieces and nephews, Grace Morrow, Maddison Irwin, Cameron, Tyler and Luke Cardenas; Chris and Rodolfo.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Savannah College of Art and Design Department of Fibers.
