She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jacobs, Sr. and Marilyn Patterson; and her granddaughters, Madison and Bryanna. She is survived by: her children, Seth Hollis (Amanda), Stephanie Stout and Justin Garrett (Jill); and her siblings, Chuck Jacobs and Pam Dempsey.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clark Funeral Home (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sam Clark Chapel (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141).
