He was predeceased by : his parents, Hugh Dorsey and Evelyn Shipp; and his sister Jane Shipp Brown. He is survived by : his children, Jeffery Shipp (J. D.), Darrell Shipp (Jennifer) and Stephanie Wetmore (John); and his grandchildren, Justin Dale Shipp, Brenton Austin Shipp, Maddox Grayson Wetmore and Alissa Shipp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
