He was predeceased by: his father Homer Horner; his siblings, Harold Horner and Karen Horner; and the mother of his children Ann Horner. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Robinson and Carrie Leigh Horner; his grandsons, Blake Garner, Avery Robinson and Asher Robinson; his sister-in-law Jackie Horner; and his stepfather Bert Amidon. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Mr. Horner's honor towards Paulding Public Safety Appreciation Inc.
