James Edward touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Dean Gulledge and James E Haley, Sr.; his stepfather Dean Gulledge; his grandson Andrew James Fosmore; and his nephew Joshua Elvington.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Haley; his sister Debbie Haley; his daughter Kimberly Fosmore (David); his grandchildren, Emi Fosmore, Joseph Fosmore and Alexandria Llewellyn (Matt Rand); and his great grandchildren, McCartney Norris, Griffin Norris, Lucas Fosmore and Shepherd Rand. He is also survived by Papa doted upon his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
