He is survived by: his wife Doris Crew; his children, Angie Crew Hobbs, Allen Crew (Susan), Nita Cooper (Ron), Tammy Hall (Buddy) and Arthur Crew (Tanya); his grandchildren, Chris Crew (Chelsea), Morgan Thompson, Savannah Mooney (Caleb), Summer Wade (Jarrett), Sierra Paris (Brent), Zack Hitchcock (Meagan), McKenlee Hitchcock, Justin Hall (Kristian), Shelton Hall and Lauren Crew; his great grandchildren, Kensley Crew, Kayne Crew, Elijah Mooney, Ruby Mooney, Charlotte Mooney, Chasleigh Wade, Corryn Wade, Crew Wade, Aurora Paris, Mayzlee Hitchcock, Addyson Hitchcock and Brantlee Bolden; and his sisters, Joyce Corley Baker, Georgia Anne Penegar (Phil), Janice Postell (Lee) and Kathy Miller (Phillip).
